I would like to commend Nikki and Yuliana individually for assisting us. We needed to update our policy details which were mistakenly input, and they helped us expedite the request. Nikki mainly attended to us and offered alternatives and solutions quickly. Made a claim through their windscreen authorised workshop and was impressed that the claim was looked into and processed within the same day. I was able to get my windscreen replacement the very next day.
